Uruz – the primordial power is not just an advertising slogan to impress and attract attention. This is really about awakening the inner primal power. In different traditions the same principle is described under other names . Anyway, the name is the carrier of the information. It’s what it is, not what it’s called.
Knowledge is priceless. Just as a screwdriver makes screwing much easier, knowledge makes life easier. Knowledge of the elemental force can literally make life much easier.
This training method is largely unknown and exceptional. It is not comparable to a traditional fitness workout at the gym, where exercises are performed independently, while blowing and sweating. In primal strength training…

Vocational training is very costly but facilitates life in society. However, it does not guarantee that we will be happy and satisfied afterwards. The primordial force training, however, can make us more satisfied and happy.
The special features
The white tissue has a longer recovery time than the red tissue, i.e. the muscles. In return, the power is stored in the white tissue for decades. Thus, the body is massively strengthened at its foundation and thereby also rejuvenated and vitalized.
The body goes through 4 time periods: coming into being, existing, decaying and destroying
During body growth, the body is in a period of formation. During this period, the body gradually becomes stronger and can recover and heal faster. He is also generally more vital and healthy.
Body growth is usually complete by age 16 for girls and 19 for boys. In exceptional cases, growth is also possible up to the age of 24. What should happen and when at which point in the body is determined in the genetic information, the genes.

What will a person look like after five years of primal strength training?
After five years you have extraordinary strength and vitality, but the body has not changed much on the outside. The person will look noticeably younger, the bones a little stronger and you have a straight healthy back posture.
Even if we do not grow muscularly like a bodybuilder – because we train the white tissue – there is nothing to stop us from training the red tissue (muscles) as well. When primal strength training is combined with other sports, they complement each other perfectly. The muscles are then more powerful and grow better, as when they were in the growth period of the body.
Athletes of all disciplines will benefit greatly and improve. Be it mountain climbing, archery, dancing, martial arts, weightlifting, athletics, golf, football, skiing, ice hockey and so on.
It is enough to practice pushing and pulling exercises once a month to have all the wonderful effects. However, since the instructor can focus all of his attention on only one person at a time, the number of trainees in a month is very limited.
I have practiced various martial arts since childhood and have been teaching martial arts for over 2 decades in Zurich. I understand the value of primal power training. I don’t want to give it up and look forward to its further development, as well as many new experiences we will have over time.
