Primal force training Uruz
Uruz is a rune. It comes from the Old Norse runic alphabet and describes the power we release.
Uruz Power
Training not only strengthens the body, but also our psyche. The ability to mediate and overcome conflicts, to concentrate our thoughts, to align and focus our attention in order to achieve our goals and realize dreams is worked on.
Through selected geometric structures, high pressure or traction, combined with deep, flowing breathing and attention focused on stillness, access to the metaphysical level opens and the inner primal force is released. For a moment, body, mind and soul are brought into harmony and balance. This allows the emergence of an extraordinary strength, mobility and well-being.
An Intelligent Person is unconditionally happy in himself and does not wait for favorable circumstances to be happy. Consciousness itself is the source of all joy.

Gravitational field
Often we only talk about the pulling force that pulls our body down. However, the gravitational field acts simultaneously with two forces: Pressure and tension. This is also known from a magnetic field.
Be it planets and atoms or even smaller particles, all matter acts on others with push (pressure) and pull (tension) forces. This means all around and also in a body.
This principle is reflected in the psyche as well. The things we desire belong to the attraction, the traction. And the things we don’t want or fear are part of the repulsion, that is, the pressure force.
The coarse material
The White Tissue
In Uruz strength training, we put attention first and foremost on strengthening the white tissue to prepare the body for high push and pull force.
Without bones, joints, tendons and ligaments (white tissue) and their cooperation with muscles (red tissue), humans could not perform any movements. Tendons transmit muscular force to the skeleton. Thus, they provide the connection between muscles and the skeleton. Because the white tissue is the support for the muscles, it is of high importance to first strengthen the tendons, ligaments and bones (white tissue) before we train the muscles.
White tissue is often underestimated or ignored altogether. In martial arts, however, it has been a substantial part of (strength) training for thousands of years. Tendon strength can be seen, for example, in Shaolin monks who stand in a very low position for a long time or do a handstand on the index finger. Even an experienced mountain climber has developed excellent tendon strength through climbing.
The Uruz force training
Uruz strength training puts the strengthening of white tissue in the first place. Unlike pure muscle training (red tissue), which normally needs 48h to regenerate, white tissue needs longer rest periods. About 2-4 weeks are recommended for regeneration, depending on the constitution and genetic basis of the individual.
Training structure
- The training consists of compression and traction exercises.
- Each training session lasts about 2 - 2.5 hours.
- During the whole training the trainee is accompanied by trainer/coach.
- The training is tailored to each individual.
- Martial artists can add exercises that are specific to martial arts.
Training effort & Intensity
In order to advance a fast development and to set the right signals, already two training units per month (1x push and 1x pull) are sufficient. For example, compression exercises in the first week, traction exercises in the third week of the month. But even with only 1x training per month (alternating push and pull) shows a wonderful effect.
There is no noticeable muscle soreness and exhaustion after the workout, especially during pressure training.
The training units can only be increased to a maximum of 4 units per month, always alternating push and pull exercises.
For ‘long travelers’ by plane, especially to save travel costs and time, the two training units pressure and train can be concatenated in one training unit on the same day. However, this is only recommended under special circumstances and is better avoided in order to spare the body.
Training results
The first training results can already be seen after the first training session. However, the effect and sustainability is reinforced and increased over a longer period of time.
Because the body and psyche go through a process of transformation, it takes a year for the force to establish itself deeply and harmoniously.
When you stop exercising at normal, muscular levels (red tissue), the muscles shrink and lose strength after just a few months. However, the power in the white tissue is stored for decades.
Compressive force
A high weight creates a high pressure. With the appropriate breathing, the right body position and mental concentration, one perceives “Akasha“, the empty space. At that moment, as the weight rises into the air, there is a kind of subtle explosion in the gravitational field, followed by an implosion. A few seconds after that, on more subtle levels, several “waves” come back to us. With each wave you experience well-being and feelings of happiness. Because this energy is stored in the white tissue, the body becomes permanently exceptionally strong and robust over time.
Traction
The body is attached to ropes at the feet and hands. By hanging in the air, gravity creates a pulling force that pulls the body apart.
With different movements and positions the body is trained and high elasticity, flexibility and strength are developed.
About the founder
Richard Kleinert
My name is Richard Kleinert. Even in my childhood, I wanted to know the true meaning of our life and existence. That has left its mark on me to this day. And so in the early years of my life I began to practice martial arts, which deals with all questions about life and death. Since then, I have never left this path of life.
The story
From ancient traditions is passed down a knowledge of how a warrior can develop exceptional strength, agility and well-being. This knowledge was transmitted through various Aryan and Slavic cultures, such as the Aryans, the Celts, the Norse (Vikings), the Russian Cossacks and that up to our modern times.
In Russia, the knowledge of primitive peoples and Cossacks, has survived the long time, as well as the destructive communist cultural revolution.
Somewhat better known disciplines are “Pravilo” (straighten, set right) and the somewhat more refined practices “Alpha Gravity” and “Beta Gravity”, where you work with traction.
Alfa Gravity
Originally, this system was designed for training in combat yoga and for Slavic fighters of the Royal Guard.
Together with a physiologist and a professor of endocrinology, we combined two directions. The first is the ancient Slavic practice for training royal fighters and the second is the practice of Indian martial yoga.
We have modernized the training equipment, made it more comfortable for teaching and systematized the exercises according to the rules of physiology.
In Indian culture, this practice goes into the system of training Aryan warriors. It was called “Shakti Vira Dhana” at that time.
Before that, it was not a systematic activity. There were many people injured. Our main task was only to reduce injuries and make the training more popular among the population.

Already after the first workout my back felt better and my mind was cleared, more alive and it was easier to focus.

1-2 days after the training I experienced some changes in myself. Usually when my son cries during the night and I've just fallen asleep and am extremely tired, I find it very hard to stay calm. I get stressed and annoyed when he can't wait to get his bottle and won't go to sleep afterwards. That had always been pretty hard on my nerves, because I was just tired and wanted to sleep. Since the training I find it much easier to stay calm and composed, it's like I have more space. In general, I feel happier and more relaxed. It's like the inner smile I had when I was working out is always slightly subliminal. It's very fascinating what a workout has done.
Place & Arrival
The modern equipped training room is centrally located at Richtistrasse 7 in 8304 Wallisellen. The train station Wallisellen is in the immediate vicinity (350m) and parking facilities are plentiful in the vicinity.
Arrival by car
There is no parking directly in front of the training room. There are some public parking fields in the surrounding neighborhoods.
Nearby (about 3 minutes walk) is also the parking garage of the Glatt shopping center. Visitors of the shopping center can park there up to 4h for free.
By public transport
The train station Wallisellen is located at a distance of about 350 m and can be reached easily.
Prices
One training session lasts about 2-2.5 hours. It is conducted as a private lesson, i.e. one-on-one training. To achieve a real and lasting change through training, it is highly recommended to follow through with the training for at least one year.
The annual subscription includes a total of 24 private lessons. The “train” and “push” exercises alternate each month. This is the basic recommended model. Different shapes on request.
